UI / UX Ad Spend Signifiers

Added ad spend signifiers in the Ad Sets and Launch tabs to make users more aware of the daily/lifetime ad spend of the task they're about to launch.

We've added the first ad spend signifier in the Ad Sets tab, specifically next to the progress bar.

When you don't enable CBO (Campaign Budget Optimization), the signifier calculates the daily or lifetime budget you'll get charged for the total ad sets created.

The second ad spend signifier is in the form of a clickwrap.

We've added a checkbox above the Launch button in the Launch tab, that requires you to acknowledge that you're about to launch a task with the number of ad sets, ads, and budget you've set up.

If the checkbox is not ticked, the launch button is disabled and you cannot launch the task.
